No, it doesn't. You get lifetime access to your planner, so you can download it whenever you need. The only limitation is the planner dates. You'll be able to select custom dates for the planner through the end of the NEXT year of purchase date. For example: if you purchased a template in May 2024, you can select the end date up to Dec 31, 2025.

Took me a few tries to get it the way i wanted, but that is likely more a Scribe issue than the planner. Most importantly had an issue and response was fast and very helpful. Have not had long enough to say how much I am using, but that too may be a Kindle Scribe issue (just got it as well), but so far really happy with how it is setup now and works. Would recommend.
