This weekly meal planner template will suit you if you have difficulties with planning your weekly or daily meals. It consists of four pages and is designed for one week. It has a simple design and its structure is easy to use. You can find here not only the main meals of one day such as breakfast, dinner and lunch but also a snack. There is a section with images of glasses. It is a great reminder for you to not forget about drinking enough water every day. Just paint over one glass when you drink it. Eight glasses of water are your daily rate. There is a big section on the bottom of the page. Here you can write down any notes you need that concern nutrition. This template is printable. This was definitely not what I was expecting. Although there is a plethora of options i was hoping to just download one huge file and be able to edit and sort without needing a hyperlink to access them as I am not very tech savvy.

Missing one star because I made an error not because the seller did. I thought I could edit this item in a program I use but I can't hence, the 4 star over 5. I would have given 5 star if I could use my favorite editing program.
