This weekly meal planner template will suit you if you have difficulties with planning your weekly or daily meals. It consists of four pages and is designed for one week. It has a simple design and its structure is easy to use. You can find here not only the main meals of one day such as breakfast, dinner and lunch but also a snack. There is a section with images of glasses. It is a great reminder for you to not forget about drinking enough water every day. Just paint over one glass when you drink it. Eight glasses of water are your daily rate. There is a big section on the bottom of the page. Here you can write down any notes you need that concern nutrition. This template is printable. Put it with a magnet on your fridge in order to control your nutrition.

Solid product - and very happy with my purchase. Wish it had a bit more customization but it comes with so many options and variety that there is little customization necessary.
