Great for time-blocking; I use this one to help with task sequencing (ADHD issues): I put things that have to happen specific times down in their slots first, then use the 2hr blocks to scribble in mini-lists of things I need to get done BEFORE appts or can't start until AFTER the appts. Helpful for days when I have things I need to do within a certain window + a bunch of other small stuff I need to schedule around that time constraint. Try it out!!
