Complex fitness template


This printable template is designed in black and white. It has four necessary sections: a section for meals and calories, exercise section, cardio section and water section.

Start your healthy day by filling in the date. Plan your meals and calculate the calories beforehand or fill in each meal after you take it. Calculate the calories of your snacks too in order to be aware of all extra calories. List all the exercises you want to do this day. You can take this printable template to the gym and record your sets/reps or times during your rest. There are eight bottles on the bottom of the page for you to not forget about drinking enough water. One bottle is for one glass of water which is necessary for your wellbeing. There is also a cardio section which includes time and distance for each cardio exercise.
